Business Operations Associate

Company Introduction: We are a K-Beauty distributor experiencing rapid growth. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Operation Associate to ensure operational excellence. This role focuses on streamlining our order fulfillment processes, managing shipping logistics, and supporting financial settlements to maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order & Logistics Management :

• Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order entry to shipping coordination.
• Oversee overall shipping processes and resolve any logistical issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels to support smooth order fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners to optimize operations.

2. Payment & Settlement Support :

• Process and record payments into the internal system accurately.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with partners to ensure timely payment.

3. Operational Efficiency

• Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and suggest improvements for system efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational activities.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy (Crucial for Order/Payment tasks).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational issues under pressure.
• Ability to efficiently prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced skills with office productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, especially Excel and Google Sheet).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or other online marketplaces.
• Experience with ERP or Inventory Management Systems.
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, or JavaScript) for process automation and large-scale data analysis.
• Graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
• Data analysis skills to track operational performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
