Green Oil Inc. is a Toronto-based environmental services company specializing in the collection, recycling, and processing of Used Cooking Oil (UCO) for renewable diesel feedstock. We operate a  processing facility in North York and serve restaurants and food-service partners across the Greater Toronto Area.

Role Overview

We are hiring reliable, hands-on team members to support the day-to-day operation of our processing plant. This is a physical, on-site role that involves general plant and warehouse tasks in a team environment. No prior experience is required — training will be provided. If you are punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a plant environment, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Plant Operations: Support ongoing plant activities under supervision, including material handling, equipment operation, and general processing support.

• Warehouse & Loading: Assist with receiving, storage, and outbound loading activities as directed by the supervisor.

• Equipment Care & Basic Maintenance: Keep plant equipment clean and in good working order; report any concerns or issues promptly.

• Safety, PPE, and Housekeeping: Consistently follow all safety and hygiene protocols; wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times; keep work areas and shared spaces clean and organized.

• General Labour: Perform physical labour tasks such as lifting, moving materials, cleaning, and organizing as required to support plant operations.

• Other Duties: Additional plant, operational, or administrative tasks reasonably assigned by the supervisor or Company from time to time.

Qualifications

• Experience: No prior experience required. Training will be provided.

• Physical Requirements: Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in a plant/warehouse environment.

• Safety Mindset: Willingness to strictly follow all safety, PPE, and hygiene protocols.

• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions.

• Work Authorization: Legally eligible to work in Canada.

• Assets (not required): Any of the following are considered a plus: forklift licence, WHMIS, prior warehouse or plant experience, basic mechanical aptitude.

Compensation & Benefits

• Wage: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift. Occasional overtime may be required based on operations.
