1. Information We Collect

• Non-identifiable device and browser data

When you submit a resume to a company's Talent Pool, we also collect your resume file (PDF), name, email address, desired role, desired work location (branch), and your consent status and timestamp. Your resume may contain additional personal information that you choose to include.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used to:

• Operate and improve the Platform
• Manage user accounts
• Respond to inquiries
• Display website advertisements and sponsored content

Resumes and related information you submit to a company's Talent Pool are accessed and used only by the hiring managers of the specific company you selected, and only for recruitment matching and review.

We may send you service-related emails such as job digests, new-job alerts, and account or platform updates. You can opt out of non-essential emails (e.g., job digests and alerts) at any time from your Profile settings; essential account emails (e.g., password reset, security notices) cannot be opted out of.

We do not send third-party promotional or marketing emails, and we do not sell your personal information.

2A. Disclosure to Your Selected Company

When you submit to a company's Talent Pool, your resume, name, email address, desired role, and desired work location are disclosed to the hiring managers (employer account) of the company you selected at the time of submission, on the basis of your explicit consent. We do not provide, sell, or rent this information to any third party other than the company you selected.

2B. Retention and Deletion

Talent Pool submissions are retained for twelve (12) months from the date of submission and are then destroyed. If you request deletion earlier, your submission is destroyed immediately. Re-submitting to the same company replaces your previous submission with the most recent version and renews the retention period.

3. Advertising

The Platform may display advertisements or sponsored job postings. Only non-identifiable data may be used for ad relevance. We do not sell personal information.

4. User Rights

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time; upon withdrawal, the relevant data is destroyed without undue delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC). Advertising-related questions, opt-out requests, and the requests described above may be submitted through the Support page.

5. Data Security

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect user data, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Resumes submitted to the Talent Pool are kept in private storage and are never exposed through a public URL; they can be viewed only by authorized hiring managers of the selected company, through temporary, time-limited access links.

6. Where We Process Your Data

To operate the service, your data may be stored and processed on cloud infrastructure located outside Canada (for example, in the United States).
