Purchasing (Assistant) Manager Bilingual

Latona Enterprises Ltd purchases automotive parts from all over the world and distributes to Asia, Europe and America.

We are currently looking for an International Purchasing (Assistant) Manager (Buyer) with passion and energy who is able to share the same vision and goal to succeed and develop with the company.

Main roles and responsibilities as an International Account Manager is as follow,

· Receive orders from customers in Asia, Europe and America

· Place orders to suppliers in America, Europe and Asia

· Issue invoices to buyers

· Arrange/manage shipping

· Resolve any issues between buyers and suppliers

· Constantly seek for new suppliers

· Manage AP/AR from its accounts

· Monthly revenue/performance analysis

. Main roles and responsibilities may be changed if agreed upon by both the employer and the candidate at the time of the interview

Assets

· Working experience in a Korean company

· Basic knowledge in global trading (Incoterms, Transportation modes, Customs, Pull-ins, etc.)

· Basic knowledge in automotive and automotive parts (wiring harness and connectors)

Technical-Skill Requirement

· Intermediate level in MS Excel, Word, Power Point

· Experience in SAP is preferred, but not required

Soft-Skill Requirement

· Ability to work independently with a minimum supervision

· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

· Great interpersonal skills

Eligibility Requirement

· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.

· Eligible to work in Canada

Linguistic Requirement

· Bilingual in English and Korean (both read & write) is a must
