Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Amenida Seniors in Surrey Position: LPN Part-Time / Casual Salary Range: $32.00-$36.00/hour Shifts: 6:30AM-12PM and 3:30PM-8:30PM 7 days a week Your Day to Day: Provide medication administration (oral meds, inhalers, patches, insulin, etc.) Supervise nurse assistants for medication administration Assess and monitor patient medication response Administer vaccinations and provide medical device teachings Ensure clear and concise documentation of patient care Maintain regular communication with pharmacists and physicians for effective patient care What You Bring to the Table: LPN License in British Columbia (required) Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to manage a day-to-day schedule while ensuring excellent patient care Nice to Have: Experience in a similar role providing home-based patient care Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently 지원방법: 647-365-5020 번호로 메세지 부탁드려요:)
