The Opportunity: Are you obsessed with achieving the perfect "Glass Skin"? Do you spend hours scrolling TikTok for the latest skincare hacks, trending audios, and "Clean Beauty" aesthetics?

We are looking for a highly creative Social Media & Video Specialist to be the "Native Voice" of our brand. We don't want a corporate robot; we want an internet-native storyteller. In this role, you will take raw video footage shot by our store teams and edit it into viral-worthy, highly aesthetic Reels and TikToks. You will craft captions that speak the language of the modern beauty consumer, helping us bridge the gap between premium K-Beauty products and the mainstream North American market.

Your Impact (What You Will Do):

• Video Post-Production Magic: Receive raw product texture shots and in-store footage from our retail team, and transform them into high-retention, aesthetic short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• The Voice of the Brand: Write highly engaging, native-English captions, utilizing modern internet slang, Gen Z lingo, and relevant beauty hashtags. You know exactly the difference between a "dupe" and a "holy grail."
• Trend Spotting & Strategy: Act as our internal trend forecaster. Jump on trending TikTok audios, video formats, and skincare aesthetics (like "slugging" or "barrier repair") before they peak.
• Community Cultivation: Actively engage with our English-speaking audience. Reply to comments, answer skincare questions in the DMs, and convert social media hype into actual website clicks and store visits.
• Content Directing: Create simple weekly "shot lists" (e.g., "Need a macro shot of the Centella serum dripping") for our retail staff to film on their phones.

Your Profile (Who We Are Looking For):

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, video editing, or content creation, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
• Native-Level Communication: Flawless, native-level English writing and speaking skills. You must deeply understand North American internet culture, humor, and beauty community terminology.
• K-Beauty Nerd: You don't need to speak Korean or Japanese, but you must know your ingredients. You know why Niacinamide and Snail Mucin are trending, and you understand the visual aesthetic of modern K-Beauty.
• Technical Chops: Highly proficient in mobile and desktop video editing software (CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Independent Creator: You are highly autonomous, incredibly organized, and can manage a multi-platform content calendar without being micromanaged.
