Natural Life Nutrition Inc., based in South Burnaby, BC, is one of the leading companies in the health supplement manufacturing & packaging industry in Canada.
We manufacture a diverse range of natural health products, and with our recent expansion into a second facility in Richmond, BC, the company continues to grow rapidly with the mission of improving quality of life, creating a healthier society, and protecting human health as a global leader in healthcare supplements.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Accounting professional to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is primarily targeted at a Junior-level Accounting position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Process invoices, payments, and collections while maintaining proper documentation
• Assist in preparing financial statements
• Analyze financial data, including revenue and expenses, to identify trends and insights
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Review and process company payments while maintaining financial accuracy
• Maintain and update accounting records, ensuring proper filing and record keeping
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency

Qualifications / Skills:

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of GAAP principles (Advantage: Korean GAAP)
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively manage risks
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• Adaptable and proactive in problem-solving
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
• Financial modeling skills (preferred)
• Knowledge of the health supplements business (asset)
• Fluency in Korean is required for internal/external communication.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of Finance and/or Accounting experience

Employment Terms:

• Part Time
• Compensation : Commensurate with experience
• Probation : 90 days
