Pharmacy Manager (Full-time) 근무지: Sage Pharmacy, 102-245 E Columbia Street, New Westminster 연봉: $140,000 근무시간: 월-금 8:30am-5pm 또는 9am-5:30pm or 4 days a week 담당업무: Oversee overall pharamcy operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compiant delivery of pharmaceutical services. Lead and support pharmacy staff through hiring input, training, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing development. Ensure full compliance with CPBC standards and all provincial/federal pharmacy regulations, including controlled substances management and documentation. Supervise prescription processing, dispensing accuracy, inventory control, and workflow optimization. Provide clinical oversight, including medication reviews, drug therapy problem identification, prescribing support (where applicable), and patient counseling. Act as a key liaison with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to support integrated patient care. Manage pharmacy budgets, monitor KPIs (e.g., efficiency, cost, service levels), and identify opportunities for operational improvement. Oversee pharmacy technology systems (dispensing software, EHRs, automation tools) and support process improvements. Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance initiatives, ensuring readiness and compliance at all times. Contribute to strategic initiatives and operational planning in collaboration with senior leadership. What You Bring to the Table: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent qualification. Active licensure and good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia (CPBC) Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, clinical practice, and regulatory requirements in BC. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail with a strong focus on patient safety, compliance, and quality of care.
