Sales Representative

Job Position: Sales Representative - Mainstream Market Job Types: Full-time Location: 8500 Keele St. Vaughan ON. L4K2A6 Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to identify and engage prospective customers. The role involves administrative duties, customer service, and financial planning, among other responsibilities. Responsibilities · Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using well-founded arguments. · Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing and potential customers to address their requirements. · Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. · Reach out to potential customers through cold calling. · Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction. · Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. · Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. · Analyze the territory/market’s potential and track sales and status reports. · Provide management with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for new products and services. · Stay up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends. · Continuously seek improvement through feedback. · Experienced applicants preferred. Requirements and skills · Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular) · Understanding of sales performance metrics · Excellent organizational and multitasking skills · Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels. · Fluent in English Working Hours Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (Possible Saturday rotation (once every 6 weeks)) Compensation & Benefits Statutory & Group Benefits: CPP, WSIB, EI and Group Insurance (Optional).
