Part-Time Korean-Speaking Listings Specialist – Remote Contract

We are looking for a detail-oriented, Korean-speaking contractor to help create and maintain business location listings on major Korean mapping platforms.

This is a remote, part-time contract position, paid hourly. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working independently, highly detail-oriented and able to follow and document processes.

What you’ll do

• Create and update business/store listings in Korean on:
  • Naver Maps (네이버 지도)
  • Kakao Maps (카카오맵)
• Maintain accurate location information, including business name, address, phone number, hours and other relevant listing attributes
• Follow established processes for creating and updating listings
• Document the process clearly so it can be repeated by others
• Identify opportunities to improve the process and make listing creation/updates more efficient and reliable
• Communicate in English with the broader team regarding status, issues and recommendations

What we’re looking for

• Fluent/native-level Korean
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, business information and online platforms
• Able to consistently follow a defined process
• Able to document processes clearly
• Proactive and willing to suggest improvements
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Bonus points

• Chinese language skills — particularly if you can also work with Baidu Maps, AMap/Gaode Maps and Tencent Maps
• Previous experience with Naver Maps, Kakao Maps or other business listing platforms
• Experience managing listings for multiple businesses or locations
