Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the President and Director of Sales to create nation-wide marketing campaigns
• Keep track of tire dealers’ database and their rebate status
• Create rebate publicity kit to support major tire dealers’ sales
• Advise customers and manage a dealer rebate programs (eg. Canadian FUEL program)
• Support and maintain good standing on ongoing marketing campaigns
• Create ideas and sustain brand awareness across Canada by helping sales team to reach goals
• Able to work with minimum supervision to meet critical deadlines
• Address problems and issues proactively and constructively to find acceptable and practical solutions
• Accurate on proof reading and adjust errors on marketing contents
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all communication, information, and documents
• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Create engaging visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles.
• Manage website content using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure accurate and appealing presentation.
• Run targeted advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other digital platforms.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• University Degree or College diploma in Communications, Accounting, Public Relations or Business Marketing; (Graduation not required but recommended)
• Marketing experience in manufacturers’ industry is required (3 years or more)
• Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator skills are must
• Good understanding of Event Management, End-user Rebate, Advertising (Traditional, Online and Search), Social Media and Public Relations
• Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to measure campaign success.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure and constantly changing environment
• A passion and demonstrated understanding of the marketing discipline
• Prefer experience in negotiation, digital marketing, advertising on SNS, price analysis and gathering MI
• Exceptional task management skills with a respect for timelines and deadlines
• Superior organizational, prioritization, and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluency in English and Korean is required
• Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking to develop innovative marketing solutions.
