We are currently seeking motivated and talented individuals to fill the position of Cargo Traffic Agent at our Toronto Pearson International Airport office.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision & Coordination: Oversee daily import and export cargo operations managed by ground handling partners to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Documentation & Compliance: Review, prepare, and verify international cargo flight documentation and customs declarations.
  
• Space & Load Management: Coordinate cargo reservations, load planning, and space allocation with handling agents and flight operations.
  
• Safety & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all operational procedures comply with Korean Air’s safety standards, local airport authority regulations, and Transport Canada security requirements.
  
• Administrative Support: Generate daily operational and flight reports, utilize cargo management systems, and manage general office administrative duties.
  
• Additional Tasks: Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
  
• Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work shifting schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.(Preferred)
  
• Previous experience in the international airfreight industry.
  
• Experience in Dangerous Goods (DG) handling and Flight Load Control in the aviation sector.
  
• Fluency in both English and Korean.

Work Schedule & Environment

• Job Type: Contracted Full-Time (with potential for conversion to Permanent Full-Time based on performance and business needs )
  
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts (Day / Night shifts, Monday to Friday, Weekends and Holidays as needed)
  
• Work Location: In person (Toronto Pearson International Airport - 2710 Britannia Road.East, Cargo Terminal 2, Mississauga )
