급여: 연봉 $50,000부터 시작 + 신규 비즈니스 커미션

• 네트워킹 및 소개(Referral)를 통한 신규 비즈니스 
• 개인 차량, 주택 보험 (Personal Lines) 상담 및 고객 니즈 분석 후 맞춤형 솔루션 제공
• 견적(Quote)부터 보험 바인딩(Binding)까지 고객 전 과정을 관리하며 내부 팀과 협업하여 원활한 서비스 제공
• 장기적인 고객 관계 구축을 통해 갱신(Retention), 재계약 및 고객 만족도 향상 도모

• 온타리오 보험 라이선스(Level 1 또는 RIBO) 필수 
• 보험사 Direct Writer 또는 Brokerages 경력 포함 최소 3년 이상의 보험 경력 우대
• 체계적이고 꾸준한 세일즈 역량 및 자기 관리 능력 보유자
• 우수한 커뮤니케이션, 조직 관리 및 문제 해결 능력
• Microsoft Office 및 Broker Management System 사용 가능자
• CAIB, CIP 등 보험 관련 자격증 및 한국어 가능자 우대

CoreService Insurance Brokers is seeking Sales Producers with a competitive, sales-focused mindset. Whether you are an established producer with a strong book, or gaining momentum with an active pipeline, SIB Corp. offers the platform to help you grow, sustain, and perpetuate your business.

Position: Sales Producer

Job Type: Hybrid, Full Time, Permanent

Work Location: Several locations can be supported throughout Ontario – London and Richmond Hill offices currently in operation

Pay: Salary starting from $50,000 plus new business commission with traditional commission only and draw structures available for those willing to bet on themselves

What You Will Do:

• Generate new business through networking and referrals, including cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
• Sell and advise on personal lines insurance while identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage the full client journey from quoting to policy binding, working with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention, repeat business, and strong client satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required
• Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as direct writer or from any brokage company is an asset
• Proven sales discipline with the ability to stay organized and consistent
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and broker management systems
• CAIB, CIP, other insurance related designations and fluency in Korean are an asset
