Job Title: Barista Company: Mos Mos Coffee Location: Waterpark location - 20 Bay St. Job Type: Part-time Wage: * Starting at $17.60 per hour + Tips Hours: * 3-5 days a week, 4-6 hours a day between 6am and 6pm About Us: Mos Mos Coffee is a fun, fast-paced and growing coffee shop dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our community. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and friendly barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for coffee and outstanding customer service skills. As a barista, you will prepare and serve a variety of beverages to our customers, maintain cleanliness and orderliness behind the bar, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: * Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner * Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards * Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently * Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the service and seating areas * Uphold food safety standards and follow health code regulations * Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service Requirements: * Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred * Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques * Outstanding communication and customer service skills * Ability to work well in a very fast-paced environment * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Flexible Language Requirement: *French not required Schedule: *Monday to Friday *Weekends (full day) as needed Benefits: * Employee discounts on food and beverages Supplemental pay types: * Overtime Pay * Tips How to Apply: Please submit your resume (in english) and a brief cover letter outlining your interest in the position and relevant experience to taku@mosmoscoffee.com .
