You'll work closely with our marketing and creative teams, contributing your own perspectives while helping bring campaigns and brand initiatives to life.

What You'll Do

Every day at HANKKi is different. You'll work closely with our marketing leadership, operations teams, store managers, and creative team to bring ideas to life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Independently plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Develop creative marketing ideas that strengthen brand awareness, increase store visits, and support sales growth.
• Manage social media content planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate content production, including photography, short-form videos, Reels, and TikTok.
• Identify marketing opportunities through customer insights, local trends, and store-level performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, local businesses, community organizations, and brand partners.
• Collaborate with store managers and operations teams to develop effective local marketing initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results, and proactively recommend improvements.
• Bring new ideas to the table and take responsibility for turning them into action.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of relevant marketing, brand, communications, or campaign management experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated experience independently planning and executing marketing projects or campaigns.
• Experience managing social media platforms and coordinating digital content.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative, operations, and management teams.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work on-site in Calgary and travel between store locations as needed.

Preferred

• Strong understanding of Korean food, culture, and contemporary Korean trends.
• Korean language proficiency, particularly for collaboration with Korean-speaking leadership and communicating Korean brand concepts.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, food, retail, or lifestyle marketing.
• Experience developing local partnerships, influencer collaborations, or community marketing initiatives.
• Experience with photography, short-form video, and social media content creation.
• Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and campaign analysis.
• Experience supporting multi-location brands or businesses.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
