이번에 모집하는 **Junior Technical Coordinator**는 기술지원 및 개발팀의 일원으로서, 견적, 신제품 개발, 샘플 진행, 품질 관련 업무가 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 여러 부서와 소통하고 업무를 조율하는 포지션입니다.
**포장업계 또는 기술 관련 경력이 없어도 지원할 수 있으며**, 입사 후 제품, 포장재, 생산 공정 및 내부 업무 프로세스에 대한 교육을 제공할 예정입니다. 처음부터 모든 기술적 지식을 갖추기보다는, 새로운 내용을 배우려는 자세와 꼼꼼한 업무 처리, 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 중요하게 생각합니다.
한국어와 영어를 활용하여 고객, 생산팀, 공급업체 및 사내 여러 부서와 협업하게 되며, 실무를 통해 포장산업과 제품 개발 및 품질관리 업무를 폭넓게 배울 수 있습니다.
**Key Responsibilities**

- Support quotation and new product development activities by organizing customer requirements and product information.
- Assist with gathering information and coordinating follow-up activities related to customer complaints, supplier issues, and internal quality concerns.
- Work closely with production teams while learning about printing, lamination, slitting, and pouch converting processes.
- Coordinate sample requests, product trials, and technical evaluations with internal teams and suppliers.
- Assist with organizing product specifications, test results, and technical documentation.

**Qualifications**

- Ability to communicate in both Korean and English in a business environment
- Strong willingness to learn new products, processes, and technical information
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with different departments
- Previous packaging or technical experience is not required; entry-level applicants are welcome

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Interest in packaging, food, manufacturing, quality, or product development
- Experience in customer service, coordination, administration, or office support
